I took a picture and have it posted on our 4/325 AIR Gold Falcon group page. I saw his name on the memorial at Bragg and I wept. "I knew Brian back in 4/325 AIR in the early 90's. He was new to the unit and his first jump out of jump school was a combat jump into Panama. "Thinking of you today Brother! Miss You!" Sir, I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for our Country-not just during OIF but for your service in Panama and Desert Storm as well. I carry his memory within me because he was an honorable man. I still remember his wife and children from a family function. Although its been a while, i still remember him as reserved, glasses, worked hard, tried his best, never had anything negative to say about anyone. I remember talking with him about his excitement and how with rounds coming at him in his jump in Panama, adrenaline kicked in and he completed his mission, only to realize later when he saw the bullet hole in his uniform just how close the rounds had come.īrian was a great friend and a Patriot. We both joined the military, but he wanted to do more and that's why he joined the 82nd Airborne. I grew up with Brian.and from my earliest memories of him, he had a deep seated desire to serve his country! I have great memories of hanging out at the Skating Place and driving around in his FORD pickup truck with AC/DC blasting. "You lead us with courage that night like you did many Before but for what ever reason my brother you were taken from us standing next to you that night will always be my greatest moments it has been too long since I said your name brother love PFC Miglicco" I still remember living across the hall from you in 4th/325 and all the Mortars/Scouts rivalries - now we are here.
